Ordering & Shipping
All confirmed quotations will require a 50% deposit prior to scheduling production. We request a drawing of all quotations be submitted to ensure accuracy and cost calculations. All orders, including custom sizes, must meet a minimum of 32 square feet, which is equivalent to one full size panel. Quotes will be processed, pending drawing for specification, in 48 hours. Important information necessary to provide an accurate quote, including lead time, is Design (Maui), Thermofoil color (BAAL), Pattern direction (Vert or Hori) and grain direction (when applicable).
When specifying a custom color paint match, we request a sample be provided allowing us to manufacture a prototype for customer approval.
Sculptured Panels (48 x 96) and all custom sizes should be clearly depicted in drawings to determine the sequence of adjoining panels. All sculptured panels are manufactured with a standard square edge to accommodate installation.
All quotations will include a separate line item labeled “shipping charges”. Shipping costs will be determined by the specific order size (crates), quantity (weight) and destination.
Doormark will assume no liability for freight damage claims once the product has left our facility. Any and all freight claims that occur during shipment of product are the sole responsibility of the buyer to negotiate settlement with the appropriate freight forwarder.
