Sculptured MDF Wall Panels
Doormark Inc., the leading thermofoil component manufacturer, has expanded its product offering to include a dramatic
new series of 19 sculptured MDF wall panels. Uniquely designed and engineered to enhance the creativity of the design
and architectural professional, these panels provide a distinct alternative to traditional flat wall panels. The
continuous flow pattern of each design allows for sequentially matched panels ranging from 48 X 96 inch full panels
to custom sized specifications to accommodate most any application. The sculptured panels are available in standard
high density fiberboard as well as Medite-FR (Fire Rated) and Medite Aries (sustainable design fiberboard
formaldehyde free). Both Medite substrates are Leeds and F.S.C. certified. Standard panel thickness is either ¾ or 1
inch; please refer to the specification information that is provided for each pattern to determine all options
including important specifics regarding depth and height of finished products. Color and finishing options, combined
with the diversity of custom sizing, are what distinguish Doormark Inc. from its competitors. Sculptured panels are
available in 48 R.T.F.(rigid thermo foil) colors that are membrane pressed, most of which offer a matching high
pressure laminate and melamine panel. The truly unique option is custom paint, matched to specification in any solid, metallic or multiple colors within the same panel. This allows the design professional endless flexibility within
the retail store fixture and corporate environment. Custom pictorial engraving, lettering and corporate logos can be
